Q: Do you have your own factory?

A: Yes, we have our own factory . We export all the products from our own factory. More factory information, pls see our about us.

Q: Do you design bags for customers?

A: Yes, We can design and manufacture your ideas for bags in any material, printing. 

Q: Do you offer the free samples?

A: As you know, there are many customers who ask us for samples everyday, and it is a large amount for the samples, so we usually don't offer the free samples , please pay the sample fee and delivering fee, and all that will be paid back when you order the products.

Q: How long does the sample take?

A: Sample leading time is about 5-7days. For those who need their bags sooner, please let us know to meet rush requests.

Q: What is the MOQ?

A: We accept any quantity you order, but consider the freight, the high quantity would get cheaper price.

Q: Do you arrange the shipping for customers?

A: Yes, we have an excellent logistics team, we can give you advice. For approximate freight quotations, please contact us. 

Q: What about the payment?

A: Accepted T/T, L/C or  Western Union.
